What is The Timeless Love Society?
A monthly physical subscription that immerses you in a different romantic era through an original serialized love story told entirely in letters. Every month you receive a sealed envelope with letters from both characters, along with era-appropriate extras.
What's the difference between Classic and Collector?
Classic ($16 US / $20 International) includes letters, recipe postcard, stickers, playlist QR code, coloring page QR code, and historical facts calendar. Collector ($25 US / $30 International) includes everything in Classic plus two or three physical artifacts from the story's world each month.
How long does a story last?
Each story runs for 12 months. A full love story will be completed and after that, a brand new story set in a different era begins.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes! Gifted memberships are a wonderful idea. Available in 3, 6, & 12 month packages.
Can I join mid-story?
Yes, you can subscribe at any point during the year. You'll be able to purchase a digital version of the letters you've missed or the physical back issues depending on inventory.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you won't be charged for the following month.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our physical subscription — handcrafted letters, artifacts, and time-sensitive story content prepared specifically for each month — we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been processed. If something arrives damaged, please reach out and we'll make it right.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship within the US and internationally. US subscriptions are $16/month (Classic) or $25/month (Collector). International subscriptions are $20/month (Classic) or $30/month (Collector), with the difference covering international postage.
When does my first envelope arrive?
Mail is sent the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 28th. Orders placed after the 28th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join March 1st-28th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships during the first week of April. If you join after March 28th, your first letter will be the May edition)
- Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.

How can I make changes to my address/email/subscription?
You can update your shipping address, billing info, and manage all your account details through the customer portal at any time.
When will I be billed?
Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.
How can I track my order?
To keep membership affordable, Mail Club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
The Story
Is the story really told only in letters?
Yes. Every word of the story arrives through the characters' writing. There's no narrator, no third-person description. Just character voices, writing to each other, over twelve months.
What happens at the end of the 12 months?
The story reaches its conclusion in the 12th envelope. Then a new story with a new era, new characters, a new world begins the following month.
